• If there are any major defects with your product, please contact us through our Contact page.
• Please make sure when checking out to double-check all shipping information. Saint-Rémy is not responsible for shipments that do not reach their destination due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Unclaimed Orders
If your order is unclaimed and returned to us, we will contact you by email. You will have the option to have it sent back to you (with a new shipping charge applied) or to receive a refund minus the shipping cost.
This policy is in place to cover the cost of shipping to and from your address.
Wrong Item
If you have received the wrong item, please upload photos via our Contact page. Once verified, we will provide you with a shipping label and cover any shipping costs related to returning the parcel.
Please note that refunds can take up to two weeks to process. This timeframe depends on the payment providers — some process quickly, while others may take longer. Once we have received your parcel, please allow up to 7 business days for us to complete the process.
