How long will shipping and processing take?

Please allow around 2-4 weeks for processing and delivery, as each Saint-Rémy piece is crafted and prepared to order. We value your patience and your support for our limited, small-batch production.

Do you cover import duties or taxes?

Saint-Rémy does not cover any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply to international orders. These charges are determined and collected by local authorities and are entirely outside of our control.

If applicable, customers are responsible for paying these fees directly to their local customs office or courier upon delivery.

Can I modify my shipping details after placing my order?

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you may contact us immediately to update your shipping address or information.
